FinUA (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. If you connected to our services using Facebook login and would like us to delete any data associated with that connection, please follow the steps below.

1) Remove FinUA from your Facebook account

You can stop sharing data with FinUA by removing the app from Facebook:

1. Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings
2. Go to Apps and websites
3. Find FinUA and click Remove

(If you used Instagram login, you can also review connected apps in your Meta accounts settings.)

2) Request deletion of data we may store

To request deletion of data we may have stored after you used Facebook/Instagram login, email us:

Subject: Data Deletion Request (Meta Login)

Please include:

• The email address you used with FinUA (if you know it)
• Your Facebook/Instagram name or profile link (optional, but helpful)
• Any additional details that help us find your account (e.g., approximate date you signed in)

What data will be deleted

If applicable, we will delete data associated with your FinUA account that we received from Meta for login/identity purposes (for example, basic profile information such as name, email address, and a Meta user ID), as well as any related account record in our systems, unless we must keep certain information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

How long it takes

We typically complete deletion within 30 days of confirming your request. If we need additional information to locate your account, we will contact you.
